Azmatullah Omarzai, born on March 24, 2000, in Nangarhar, Afghanistan, is a young Afghan cricketer who has emerged as one of the most exciting all-rounders in world cricket. He bowls right-arm medium-fast and is a powerful lower-order batsman. Azmatullah has been a key member of the Afghan team in T20 World Cups and ODIs. He was bought by Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL and has been impressive in franchise cricket worldwide. His combination of pace bowling and power hitting makes him a genuine all-rounder.
