Leila Hatami

Leila Hatami, born on October 1, 1972, in Tehran, Iran, is an award-winning Iranian actress and the daughter of legendary filmmaker Ali Hatami. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in Iranian cinema, Hatami developed a natural affinity for acting. She gained international recognition for her role in Asghar Farhadi's 'A Separation' (2011), which won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
